General information about the Delivery of Florería Petalun.

1. Coverage. Our services cover all the districts of Lima and Callao.

2. Prices. All our prices include VAT.

3. Stock. If the stock of any product runs out, it will be replaced by another of similar or higher quality, without altering the price.

1. Orders on the web. You can place your orders through this website 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

2. Orders by phone. Orders by phone at: 987 291 853 will be received from Monday to Saturday from 8:00 a.m. at 8:00 p.m. (Peruvian time).

Petalun Florist Delivery Policies

1. Delivery time. All our products are delivered on the date and time range selected by the customer.

2. Deliveries the same day. For same-day deliveries, the order must be placed a minimum of 3 hours in advance.

3. Sundays and holidays. We make deliveries every Sunday and holidays, with the exception of January 1, July 29 and December 25.

4. Products not delivered. If we do not find anyone at the time of delivery, the undelivered products are rescheduled for a new delivery. For this, we contact the person who is going to receive the gift in advance and confirm the delivery time. In order not to spoil the surprise, we do not say who sent the present. In the case of flowers, we change the product so that at the time of delivery they keep the same amount.

5. Special days. For shipments during Valentine's Day, Women's Day, Assistant's Day, Mother's Day and Christmas, we recommend placing your orders 72 hours in advance.

Guarantee, changes and cancellation of orders at Florist Petalun

1. Warranty. All our products come with a warranty. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at 987291853 and we will be happy to assist you.

2. Product change. Changes will be accepted within the first 24 hours of receiving the product. To do this, you must contact us by phone at 987291853. At the time of making the new delivery, we will collect the product and deliver another in perfect condition within a period of no more than 24 hours.

3. Incorrect address. The Customer is responsible for the accuracy of the delivery address. If this address is incorrect, we will contact the customer to rectify the address and confirm delivery.

4. Cancel an order. Orders already delivered or in the delivery process cannot be canceled. To cancel an order that has not yet been delivered, please contact us at 987 291 853
